The 4-Phase Management Training Program
Phase 1: Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, you’ll learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales and direct customer interaction. This phase is all about building rapport, understanding client needs, and mastering the basics of our sales process.

Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations.

Phase 2: Corporate Trainer
